In Store Exchanges or Refunds

We accept returns/refunds (or exchange) in the manner it was paid within 7 days with receipts and original packaging. After 7 days and within 30 days of original purchase we will issue an exchange or store credit. The item must be in like new condition, with original packaging and receipt.

Sales items are final sale, no refunds/exchanges.

Online Exchanges or Refunds

Online purchases can be sent back to us for a refund/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Sale items, jewellery, cosmetics, hair accessories and shipping/delivery fees are final sale and non-refundable. Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package.
