Exchanges, Returns and refunds

We accept returns/refunds in the manner it was paid within 7 days with receipts and original packaging. After 7 days and within 30 days of original purchase we will issue a store credit. The item must be in like new condition. Sales items are final sale, no refunds/exchange.

Gift wrap

We will always be happy to provide you with complimentary gift wrap.

What if we don't carry it?

We will always be happy to try and source out what you are looking for. Please come and see us with any questions/requests!

Special order

We can special order any items from our suppliers. A special order is when we source out an item exclusively for you, when we order something we do not keep in store solely for you. Any extra cost incurred will be at the customer's expense. These items require a 50% deposit are not refundable. (Special orders differ from regular orders)

 

Shipping

Upon request we will be happy to ship merchandise to you! Whether you know what you are looking for or need us to help you find something and send you some pictures, just contact us and we will try to accommodate in a timely manner! Shipping cost will be at the customer's expense.

Warranties

Some of our brands have specific manufacturers' warranties. Please call us or come see us in store for any concerns.

 

Gift cards/credit notes

Gift cards and credit notes can only be redeemed in the store they were purchased in. We will now be focusing on buying for our respective communities!
